Expert Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for OCD and Related Disorders
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and OCD specialist, offering expert treatment for obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCD) and anxiety disorders.
I work across all levels of severity and complexity, including co-occurring depression, neurodivergence, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, within a collaborative and evidence-based approach.
My approach combines clinical expertise with warmth, empathy, and compassion, creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported to make meaningful change.
From a psychological perspective, many of the difficulties we experience are deeply human.
Our brains have evolved in ways that can leave us feeling tangled in our thoughts and emotions, and the strategies we use to cope can sometimes keep problems going.
None of this is our fault — we did not choose the brains we have, and many of our responses are instinctive, such as avoiding things when we feel anxious.

We are all susceptible to these patterns, but when they begin to persist or feel unmanageable, specialist therapy can help you understand them differently and find a new way forward.

Who I Can Help

Having worked in busy London NHS services for over 20 years, I have extensive experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds. I recognise that each person brings their own unique experiences and identities, and I work in a way that is respectful of differences across culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socio-economic background, age, physical ability, faith, and personal values. I also recognise that context and identity can shape how difficulties such as OCD and anxiety are experienced, and I aim to offer therapy that feels thoughtful, inclusive, and individually meaningful.
Adults & Older Adults
I work with adults across the lifespan and have extensive experience supporting people at different developmental stages. Therapy is always tailored with sensitivity to the challenges that can arise over time, including the impact of perimenopause and menopause on mental health.
Older Adolescents (Aged 16–17)
Older adolescence can be a time of significant change, with increasing academic pressures, transitions in education or independence, and shifts in support between child and adult services. During this stage, continuity of care can sometimes feel uncertain, particularly when moving between CAMHS and adult pathways. Specialist private therapy can offer a consistent and containing space, helping young people manage exam pressures, anxiety, and obsessional difficulties while navigating this important period of development.
Neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD)
I have a strong understanding of neurodivergence and the ways it can interact with mental health, self-esteem, and wellbeing. My experience and training in this area allow me to adapt therapy thoughtfully to better support people with autism and ADHD, particularly where OCD and anxiety are also present. I am also able to offer screening for autism and ADHD where this may be helpful as part of the therapeutic process.

Client feedback
Sabina has been a transformative force in my life. Her clear methodology and unwavering support helped me overcome anxiety and panic associated with work. Thanks to her guidance, I now navigate speaking engagements and complex situations with confidence and manage stress more effectively. Sabina's expertise has been invaluable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking positive change in their professional and personal journey.

Daniel, Germany
Therapy given for Performance Anxiety
Working with Sabina was hugely helpful to me and held me through a particularly difficult period. I was sceptical about CBT initially and grappled with the concepts but Sabina had a way of working that just allowed the process to flow. The work was intense but hugely revelatory and has equipped me with insight, techniques and tools I did not have before. Sabina is a thoughtful, empathetic, containing and highly skilled practitioner who I feel lucky to have worked with.

Orla, North London
Therapy given for Depression and Low-Self Esteem
I've worked with many therapists over the years yet Sabina is the first that I've felt 'seen' with. I was made to feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning, and I can't underestimate the difference that her awareness of my ADHD and Autistic traits, and willingness to accommodate any needs I might have made

Staphanie, Italy
Therapy given for PTSD
Working with Sabina never felt like therapy. The results have been brilliant, but all throughout my course, Sabina was calm, friendly, and listened to all my thoughts without judgement or prejudice. Her advice and coaching, from the first consultation through to my final appointment has always been incredibly useful and lifesaving
